Michael Sullivan began his career in NYC commercial real estate working as an operating engineer. He quickly moved up the ranks beginning as a Property Manager, then an SVP of Operations and recently as an Executive Director of Asset Management. Throughout his career, he has worked on large capital projects including hundreds of tenant build-outs, new building lobbies, elevator modernizations, HVAC plant equipment replacement, new roofs & cooling tower equipment, to name a few.
Because of this hands-on approach to managing work, Michael has gained a reputation as being thorough, asking the right questions to maximize the greatest value in every project, and saving his clients time and money. Michael has learned throughout his career that more time and effort put into the early stages of a project will result in a smoother outcome, eliminating any potential ambiguity and therefore saving time.
